Qualificações

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience and AI automation work.
• Ability to build production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex systems.

Responsabilidades

• Write eval rubrics for agent performance.
• Debug agent traces and stress test agent behavior.
• Collaborate on designing and refining orchestration tasks for autonomous agents.
