Real Chemistry is seeking an AI Business Partner for Activation to translate business priorities into scalable AI solutions across media, social, content, and influencer workstreams.

The role spans prototyping, cross-functional delivery, and change enablement, partnering with discipline leaders to define requirements, validate concepts, and operationalize production-ready MVPs while ensuring responsible AI.

Qualificações

• Experience in AI innovation, product, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience in media, social, influencer, or adtech roles.
• Hands-on experience building and testing generative AI workflows.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs and AI-enabled development environments.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical AI use cases.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across workflows and processes.
• Translate priorities into clearly scoped AI use cases, pilots, and concepts.
• Prototype, test, and refine AI-enabled tools with users and SMEs.
• Lead transition from discovery to scalable, production-ready solutions.
