Farmers Business Network, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to qualify non-member and member prospects for financing, crop protection, seed and livestock on the FBN platform.

You will prioritize a multi-objective sales workflow, communicate product programs, and use Salesforce to manage a growing pipeline from a remote location. This role offers advancement opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Passionate about agriculture and farming; a desire to put the farmer first.
• Comfortable using and explaining technology products/services.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to farmers to learn about operations and identify benefits of FBN products.
• Qualify farmers for financing, crop protection, seed and livestock offerings and follow the sales process.
• Independently prioritize day-to-day execution of sales across multiple product lines.
• Fluently communicate information about financing and product programs.
• Qualify leads for multiple product lines and manage the sales pipeline.
• Develop a sales playbook for objections in financing and product discussions.
• Use Salesforce and SaaS tools to document all interactions and sales processes.
• Provide and seek feedback to improve team performance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in communicating our service offerings.
