• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in agriculture.
• Proven success in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage territory plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing relationships with new retail partners and expanding existing accounts to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, product presentations, negotiations, closing sales, and account management.
• Establish yourself as a trusted consultant by maintaining expert product knowledge and providing solutions that address customer challenges.
• Develop and execute annual territory business plans, including sales forecasts, budget management, and growth strategies.
• Utilize lead generation programs and market insights to build awareness and engage customers.
• Organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to meet territory goals.
