Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years full-time exempt sales experience in the Agriculture industry.
• Experience selling inoculants, fertilizer enhancers, and/or micronutrients is a plus.
• Strong understanding of biological technologies related to agriculture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by building relationships with new retailers.
• Own the entire sales cycle from cold calling to managing the retailer.
• Develop business plans targeting retailers and forecasting sales.
