Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of public or private social work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or related field.
• Certification as a protective services assessor or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Establish QA procedures across all agency departments to align with program requirements.
• Develop and maintain QA systems, train staff, and address quality issues.
• Screen, review, and assign reports of need and provide clinical supervision as needed.
• Support protective services functions and participate in case conferences with partners.
• Monitor performance, review case records, and ensure adherence to standards.
