Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management for all functions within the Aging Services Branch.
• Supervises branch staff, providing guidance, support, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions when appropriate.
• Coordinates the monitoring of all Aging Services Branch programs.
• Makes recommendations for policy improvements.
• Facilitates training and meetings related to programmatic requirements.
• Provides coordination and professional support for community-based programs.
• Collaborates with providers and community partners to promote the department's mission.
• Reviews implementation and effectiveness of programs.
• Provides technical assistance to providers and participants to ensure timely completion of requirements.
