Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of public or private social work experience with at least one year in supervision.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop program policies, implement initiatives, and apply strategic thinking to improve operations.
• Guide supervisors and staff, support innovation, and evaluate performance to maintain quality.
• Interpret complex regulations, provide feedback on proposed changes, and ensure compliance.
• Assist with developing multi-year plans, design contracts, and incorporate community input.
• Collaborate with peers and providers to support a consumer-centered culture across decision-making.
• Oversee agency functions in the absence of senior leadership and advance integration of service delivery.
