Job summary

Amtex Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Project Manager to drive Agile adoption and transformation initiatives onsite in New York City.

This 12-month engagement requires guiding product teams, leaders, and stakeholders, and delivering training to embed Agile practices across the enterprise. The role focuses on enabling enterprise-wide transformation, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and using metrics to improve performance, with responsibility for Jira portfolio

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Proven experience coaching for Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
• Hands-on leadership of enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in change management and organizational design.
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), CSP, SPC, or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and governance of the Jira platform, ensure portfolio reporting, and support Agile delivery across the enterprise.

What You’ll Need

Required:

• At least 8 years of Agile coaching experience
• Proven experience coaching for Agile product transformations in large, complex environments
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives
• Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials

Preferred:

• Additional experience in enterprise tools such as Jira for Agile transformations
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
