Job summary

Volt is hiring a Remote Project Manager II/III, Product Delivery to coordinate and oversee product delivery initiatives. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and program-level visibility for Agile teams, with Scrum Master certification preferred.

You will enable delivery through facilitation of PSI planning, release planning, and Scrum of Scrums while driving continuous improvement and alignment with product strategy. This is a temporary-to-hire, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Scrum Master certification.
• College degree or project management certification, PMP not required.
• Familiar with Agile software development.
• Expert in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track program activities related to process, scheduling, planning.
• Provide program level summary to PD PMO and Governance Steering Committee.
• Manage 1+ Product Delivery initiatives as project manager.
• Facilitate PSI Planning, release planning events, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Support continuous improvement via Retrospectives and Inspections & Adapt programs.
