Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Experience in product ownership or product management is required.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies for software development projects is required.
• Strong leadership, influence, and relationship management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and make near-term prioritization decisions that maximize value delivered.
• Support the Product Manager and Business Application Owner in representing the vision and roadmap during execution.
• Lead planning activities to encourage team autonomy and predictability.
• Create and manage the Scrum teams’ backlogs with high-quality user stories prioritized to align with goals.
• Accept all user stories and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on features.
• Ensure timely delivery of features that meet customer expectations.
• Work with other teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Define and align stakeholders and scrum teams on roadmaps, milestones and releases.
• Actively participate in all scrum events and team meetings as a model of core values.
