Job summary

IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on the management and delivery of complex investment management platform initiatives, including Aladdin OMS and State Street Alpha Data Platform (ADP).

You will lead Agile/Scrum delivery, translate requirements into user stories, manage backlogs and milestones, and coordinate hybrid-platform initiatives to unify trading, data, and portfolio management workflows within a leading financial

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Agile/Scrum delivery for OMS and portfolio management platform initiatives, including Aladdin OMS for fixed income workflows.
• Proven expertise in driving State Street Alpha Data Platform (ADP) enablement to unify equity trading, data, and portfolio management.
• Strong ability to interpret and convert PM/trader/business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Experience managing backlog, sprints, and delivering projects against defined milestones.
• Investment management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Agile/Scrum delivery processes for order management systems and portfolio management platforms, including Aladdin OMS and State Street Alpha Data Platform (ADP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into prioritized user stories, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate hybrid-platform initiatives aimed at unifying trading, data, and portfolio management workflows.
• Drive enterprise-level project execution with a focus on Agile best practices and stakeholder communication.
• Support continuous process improvements within complex, data-driven investment management environments.
