You will oversee one Agile Product or O&M team, coordinate with Product Managers, and enforce CI/CD, automated testing, and secure development practices to deliver scalable, secure systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration across architecture and government partners, managing backlogs, and maintaining delivery discipline across the full software lifecycle in a cloud-native setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of software development in Agile environments.
• Ability to undergo background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile Product or O&M team through full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on stories and sprint planning.
• Apply peer review, automated testing, and secure development practices.
• Maintain code, configurations, and deployment artifacts.
