Dexperts Inc is seeking an Agentic AI Specialist to design and implement identity, access, and security for 5 enterprise AI agents. You will define how agents authenticate, receive permissions, and how access is controlled and audited.

The role emphasizes Agentic AI security, AI identity, authorization, permission scoping, guardrails, logging, and HITL controls, including using the Astrix Agent Control Plane to enforce governance across autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agentic AI or AI agents required.
• Strong knowledge of AI security principles and governance.
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle and machine identity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design the identity and security architecture for enterprise AI agents.
• Define authentication and authorization mechanisms for agents.
• Establish least-privilege access and permission scoping.
• Configure security guardrails using the Astrix Agent Control Plane.
• Establish logging, monitoring, and audit requirements for agent activities.
• Design HITL approval and intervention controls.
• Develop identity governance processes for AI agents.
• Identify and mitigate risks of autonomous agents.
• Support secure adoption of governed Agentic AI.
