Neotrix Systems is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems that automate complex workflows and integrate with enterprise apps. You will work with generative AI, APIs, data integration, and AI orchestration to build secure, scalable agentic solutions.

The role requires strong Python skills, experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool calling.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, IT, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and building applications/APIs/AI solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with agentic AI concepts including tool calling, function calling, workflow orchestration, memory, and multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise apps, and external tools.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, security, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop practices.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems for business and technical use cases.
• Build agent workflows using LLMs, tool calls, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
• Develop RAG solutions to retrieve and use relevant enterprise data.
• Integrate AI agents with business apps, databases, APIs, and external tools.
• Design agent memory, context management, planning, and decision workflows.
• Develop evaluation, testing, monitoring, and performance practices for agentic AI systems.
• Implement guardrails, access controls, human oversight, and security measures.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, cloud and security teams, and stakeholders.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize agentic AI applications in dev and prod.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, tools, and techniques and apply where appropriate.
