Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the intersection of executive problem framing, rapid engineering, and scalable architecture.

You will engage directly with client CXOs and senior leaders to identify a high-value wedge, build a working PoV in weeks, and translate it into a clear MVP path. You will be embedded in deals and client journeys—shipping real agentic systems, not slides.

Qualifications

• Executive-facing discovery and value shaping with CXOs.
• Identify rapid PoV wedges with measurable impact.
• Define MVP backlog and architecture decisions.
• Deliver production-ready handoffs to delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CXOs to translate business pain into an Outcome Thesis.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partner teams on PoV delivery.
• Communicate trade-offs of what to automate vs. what requires human-in-the-loop.
