Job summary

XMS Solutions seeks an Agentic AI Architect to design and deliver practical, next-generation AI solutions. In this hands-on role, you will help build intelligent agents, agent-based workflows, and enterprise AI applications using generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and modern cloud technologies.

You will collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and business stakeholders to turn emerging AI capabilities into secure, scalable solutions that work in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or integrating generative AI solutions using LLMs.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and enterprise data integrations.
• Experience deploying chatbots in enterprise platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, AI agents, and orchestration concepts.
• Experience deploying AI applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud with security focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions, including intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical architectures and plans.
• Evaluate and apply LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI with enterprise apps, APIs, data sources and workflows.
• Build and deploy AI-powered chatbots and assistants in Teams and other platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering to move prototypes to production and monitor solutions.
• Work with cloud, data, cybersecurity, and app teams for secure implementations.
• Incorporate access controls, testing, logging, and responsible AI practices.
• Document designs and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
