Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an After Hours Travel Specialist based in the United States. This remote role coordinates air, hotel, and car bookings for clinicians and corporate staff, ensuring accuracy and timely service while maintaining confidentiality.

You will work with GDS platforms, resolve travel issues, and liaise with travel vendors and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and professional communication are essential, with a focus on service quality and discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of corporate travel experience using Worldspan or Sabre is required.
• Working knowledge of Global Distribution Systems and travel reservation processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Book air, hotel, and rental car reservations based on travel requests.
• Manage travel requests accurately while meeting service-level expectations.
• Research travel issues and take corrective action as needed.
• Monitor GDS queues to maintain daily quality control.
• Communicate with travel vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in training related to GDS platforms and travel procedures.
• Complete required documentation accurately within timelines.
• Keep management informed of significant issues or trends.
• Support special projects and other operational responsibilities.

Education
