GE Aerospace is seeking a Systems Engineer to oversee technical and program execution of T408 affordability programs, driving life-cycle cost improvements and strategy. You will coordinate with Systems Engineering, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet cost and performance targets in a remote-capable role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 6 years of program or project leadership in engineering, incl. leading large cross-functional teams.
• GE Aerospace will not sponsor employment visas.

• Recommend the approach to meet technical and program requirements.
• Formulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments.
• Develop action plans to anticipate and respond to problems.
• Provide technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams.
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks.
• Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments.
• Lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and/or tasks.
• Lead and energize the team members.
• Help define and execute on team strategies.
• Help establish work group goals within the framework of technical and financial objectives.
• Help establish overall team goals, metrics, lessons-learned, and robust processes and practices.
