Tinuiti is seeking an Affiliate Strategist to lead end-to-end affiliate program management for clients—recruitment, activation, optimization, and reporting—while driving growth through data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with a diverse publisher network and client teams to deliver measurable results.

This role offers a fully remote environment in the United States, with a salary range of $100,000–$115,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in online marketing or e-commerce with a focus on affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with external and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze data and drive marketing decisions using analytics tools.
• Knowledge of major Affiliate Networks and affiliate recruitment, fraud management, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: craft and implement comprehensive affiliate strategies for client objectives.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization to elevate client success in affiliate marketing.
• Data Analysis & Reporting to identify growth opportunities and address performance issues.
• Collaboration: manage relationships with new and existing publishers for ongoing optimization.
• Client Communication: serve as primary contact, lead weekly calls and follow-ups.
• Strategic Planning: develop long-term affiliate marketing strategy aligned with brand goals.
