Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking an Affiliate Strategist to lead comprehensive affiliate programs for diverse clients. You will craft strategies, recruit and manage publishers, analyze data, and report results to stakeholders while driving sustainable growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of online marketing or e-commerce experience with a proven track record in affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Campaign management: create and implement affiliate strategies; manage recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, creative development, and reporting.
• Performance tracking and optimization: develop innovative solutions to improve client success in affiliate marketing.
• Data analysis and reporting: analyze program data to identify growth opportunities and address performance issues.
• Collaboration: manage relationships with new affiliates and ongoing publishers; communicate with stakeholders.
• Client communication: act as primary client contact; lead weekly calls and follow-ups.
• Strategy: develop a long-term affiliate marketing plan aligned with brand goals.
