Fieldguide is seeking a Customer Success Engineer - Advisory to own adoption, value realization, and workflow excellence for advisory engagements. This hands-on role works inside the Fieldguide platform with advisory teams to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in advisory or professional services, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for scalable, AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in advisory, consulting, or professional services roles
• Deep understanding of advisory engagement delivery (scoping, execution, reporting)
• Experience supporting multi-team advisory environments and service line rollouts
• Hands-on in software platforms with configuration and troubleshooting
• Interest in data models, permissions, configurations, and AI-powered workflows

Responsabilités

• Own adoption and success for a portfolio of advisory customers
• Configure workflows, templates, and engagement structures inside the Fieldguide product
• Translate advisory methodologies into scalable Fieldguide workflows
• Improve engagement execution and delivery through better design
• Lead training and change management for advisory teams
• Identify usage gaps and propose improvements
• Provide practitioner-advisor guidance to drive stronger, scalable practices
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation for feedback
• Support renewals and expansions by proving value across service lines
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, and enablement content
• Own KPIs related to adoption, retention, and platform usage
