In this remote role, you will provide expert support, develop training materials, author knowledge base content, and assist with testing and product improvements to drive adoption and client success across a rapidly expanding fintech platform.

Qualifications

• CFP/ChFC/FPQP or equivalent designation required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong financial planning knowledge and client scenario experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong tech aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
