Ballard House is a founder-led ecommerce company that partners with established brands to scale Amazon operations through our in-house advertising infrastructure. We are hiring an Advertising Specialist to handle daily budget, bid, strategy, and campaign maintenance across a portfolio of brands, reporting to the Advertising Lead.

This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and a strong willingness to learn, with a clear path to growth in a fully remote setting for international candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of PPC ads management on commerce platforms (Amazon/Walmart) or other PPC channels such as Google/Facebook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for copy and team messaging.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills; double-check your work before submission.
• Fast learner who takes direction well.

Responsibilities

• Make daily campaign performance adjustments to budgets, bids, modifiers, and keywords.
• Collaborate with the advertising team to set strategy and best practices for Ballard House brands.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies.
• Partner with Brand Managers to align advertising strategy with growth objectives.
