Job summary

Buy Box Experts (BBE), a Spreetail Agency, seeks an Associate Advertising Manager to launch, manage, and optimize search campaigns across Amazon and other marketplace channels, focusing on profitable growth and measurable results.

You will handle budgets (around $50k spend), analyze performance, and partner with Merchandising, Vendor Management, and Pricing to improve visibility, engagement, and ROI. Remote work is allowed with home setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads or similar marketplace campaigns.
• Experience managing $50k in advertising spend with understanding of budgets, bids, ROI, and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize search campaigns across channels at campaign, ad group, product, and keyword levels.
• Develop strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion while meeting profitability goals.
• Monitor budgets, bids, competitor activity, and performance to hit ROI and sales targets.
• Analyze and deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and others to adapt strategies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
