Job summary

Chicory is seeking an Associate Advertising Campaign Manager to help bring digital media campaigns to life for leading CPG brands, agencies, retailers, and publishers. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support launches, monitor performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization of digital media campaigns for notable brands and partners.
• Monitor performance, investigate anomalies, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Prepare reports and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
• Build expertise in Chicory's advertising solutions and best practices.
• Suggest improvements to team processes, reporting, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, creative, and measurement issues with Product and Engineering.
• Develop understanding of Chicory’s products and seek opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Support and reinforce Chicory Principles and team culture.
