Eleven Ad Group, a full-service marketing agency, is seeking an Account Team Intern for a 90‑day, fully remote internship. The role supports the account management team, coordinating advertising campaigns and client communications.

During the internship you will learn how campaigns move from strategy and creative development to execution and reporting, gaining practical experience in client services and agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the account team with the coordination and execution of client projects and advertising campaigns.
• Help organize project details, timelines, deliverables, meeting notes, and follow‑up items.
• Learn the processes used to develop creative content for digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising campaigns.
• Participate in internal meetings and client discussions.
• Assist with gathering campaign information, conducting competitor research, and preparing client‑facing materials.
• Help communicate project updates and requests between account managers, designers and other internal team members.
• Gain exposure to agency tools and platforms used for project management and communication.
