Job summary

CrowdStrike (Remote, US) is seeking a software engineer for its Advanced Research team. You will build and maintain cloud services, leveraging distributed systems and AI to improve detection and protection across Customer environments.

You’ll collaborate with Security, Data Science, and Engineering teams in a flexible, remote-first setting. Ideal candidates have a CS degree or equivalent, strong Java/Scala or Python skills, and experience with CI/CD, cloud APIs, and container tech.

Qualifications

• Computer science degree or commensurate experience.
• Programming in Java/Scala, Go, or Python.
• Experience with distributed systems, RESTful patterns, and multithreading.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance distributed cloud services and keep them healthy.
• Collaborate with Security, Data Science, Engineering, and Visualization teams to solve security challenges.
• Integrate new capabilities into the Falcon platform with other internal teams.
