Job summary

Devoted Health is hiring a Digital Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver empathetic clinical care entirely through chat and other digital channels. This remote role requires LICs in good standing and the ability to obtain licensure in required states within 90 days, with full administrative support from Devoted Health.

Qualifications

• APP with 3+ years in primary care, house calls, internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, palliative care and/or urgent care.
• Ability to review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and safety.
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in good standing (state-specific).
• Willingness to obtain licensure in required states within 90 days of hire, with Devoted Health supporting costs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care through real-time chat and other digital channels with empathy and accuracy.
• Manage multiple concurrent patient conversations, ensuring timely documentation and follow-through.
• Coordinate with patients’ primary care providers and specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Escalate to phone, video, or in-person care when needed for safety or effectiveness.
• Maintain meticulous EHR documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to digital workflow improvements and standardized responses.
