Qualifications

• MD/DO with psychiatry residency training.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Current or eligible Colorado medical license and DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, and create treatment plans.
• Provide clinical consultation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage psychiatric crises and assess for mental health holds.
• Prepare involuntary care letters and provide testimony when required.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EHR.
• Supervise residents and support delegated medical services.
• Participate in committees, quality initiatives, and program development.
• Contribute to grant-funded or specialty programming as assigned.
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based care.
