Job summary

Lindenwood University is seeking a remote Admissions Counselor for Online Students to proactively engage prospective online learners, discuss educational goals, and guide them from inquiry to enrollment. You will coordinate with SFS, Admissions, and Academic Affairs to ensure a seamless experience while delivering excellent service.

The role supports recruitment goals, maintains records, and represents Lindenwood at events. A bachelor’s degree and customer-service oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
• Two+ years in sales or recruitment is preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus and may be designated by position.

Responsibilities

• Interact with a high volume of potential online students via phone, text, email, or video to build relationships and guide enrollment decisions.
• Identify student interests and match them with suitable online programs.
• Assist students with enrollment steps and coordinate with SFS and Admissions to streamline the process.
