In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of data-related tasks and assisting with the smooth operation of our administrative processes. This is a fully remote and flexible position, perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced and virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain data in company databases and tracking systems
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports using collected data
• Perform data analysis and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with data migration and integration projects as needed
• Manage and organize digital files and documents
• Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, email correspondence, and other general tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve data management goals and meet deadlines
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and administrative support
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Access
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is an asset
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
