About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead strategic analytics initiatives and unlock business insights that drive growth across go-to-market (GTM) teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to build predictive models, uncover actionable trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives at the crossroads of advanced analytics, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end data science solutions to tackle high-priority business challenges.
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify key opportunities and deliver analytical insights that drive revenue and strategy.
• Build predictive models, conduct causal inference, design experiments, and deliver customer segmentation and forecasting analyses.
• Develop and manage dashboards and self-service tools using SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Tableau.
• Present complex data findings in a clear, compelling way for both technical and executive audiences.
• Promote a data-driven culture through knowledge sharing, best practices, and mentorship within the data science team.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles with significant exposure to sales, marketing, or finance teams.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and data manipulation.
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proven track record of applying data science to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into insights that influence decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics projects in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, and statistical methods applied to real-world use cases (e.g., churn prediction, LTV modeling).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and ML Ops tools.
• Experience developing or scaling self-service data tools for business teams.
• Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
