Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of progressive administrative or office management experience within government contracting, transportation, detention, or fleet management.
• Experience with multi-site recordkeeping, document control, personnel tracking, and compliance management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), administrative systems, and data tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and government officials.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions, records, and multi-site coordination for statewide transportation operations across Texas, with limited operations extending into New Mexico and Oklahoma.
• Track employee onboarding, credentials, certifications, attendance, and compliance requirements in coordination with HR and Training.
• Prepare management reports, staffing rosters, payroll verification, and administrative deliverables for government contract audits and inspections.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring strict confidentiality and data security for sensitive personnel and operational files.
• Standardize administrative processes, streamline workflows, and travel to regional operational locations as needed.
