Job summary

UMass Global in the United States seeks an Adjunct Faculty member for Educational Administration Student Services (CASC) to coach and mentor candidates remotely. This remote role supports working adults by guiding IIP development and leadership growth through regular virtual sessions.

Minimum MA required with CA Clear Admin Credential; ED D/PhD preferred. Manage coaching via phone, email, and LMS, coordinating with candidates across approved remote locations.

Qualifications

• Must have MA or higher; EDD/PhD preferred.
• CA Clear Administrative Service Credential required.
• Must hold an Administrative Position.

Responsibilities

• Provide 40 hours of coaching annually (4 hours per month average).
• Contacts includes: via phone, email/text and virtual coaching sessions.
• Collaboratively develop Individualized Induction Plan (IIP) with candidate.
• Provide ongoing coaching to facilitate leadership development according to the IIP.
• Facilitate development of IIP goals and CPSEL-aligned actions.
