UMO is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to undertake comprehensive ADHD assessments for adults and provide clear diagnostic feedback in a remote, part‑time associate role.

The position offers a sessional rate of £80 per hour under an associate contract, with flexible hours and remote working. The role requires UK registration and substantial experience in adult ADHD assessment and diagnosis.

Qualifikationen

• Strong clinical judgement and diagnostic acumen for ADHD in adults.
• Experience with structured ADHD assessment interviews (DIVA-5).
• Excellent report writing and diagnostic feedback skills.

Aufgaben

• Undertake comprehensive assessments of current symptoms, history, functional impact, and physical health.
• Gather information from appropriate sources with patient consent.
• Use structured diagnostic interviews alongside clinical judgement.
• Consider alternative explanations and coexisting conditions.
• Document diagnostic decisions within competence and pathway.
• Produce clear clinical reports and explain outcomes sensitively.
• Recommend next steps and onward referrals.
• Maintain records, assess risk, and respond to safeguarding concerns.
• Participate in supervision, audits and CPD.
