Job summary

Psychiatry UK is seeking an ADHD Specialist Independent Prescriber to manage prescribing for adults with ADHD in a remote, home-based role. The post involves titration, reviews, and collaboration with consultants to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Applicants should hold RMN or Adult nurse registration, with V300 prescribing qualifications and ADHD service experience. Hybrid/remote options are available with UK-wide locations.

Qualifications

• RMN or adult nurse with current registration and post-qualification mental health experience.
• Independent & Supplementary Non-Medical Prescribing (V300) qualification.
• Experience in ADHD service delivery and remote/digital care.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe ADHD medications for adults in line with NICE guidelines and Psychiatry UK policies.
• Manage titration and monitoring, including efficacy, side effects, and adherence.
• Communicate with patients via secure portals and conduct regular medication reviews.
• Collaborate with consultants and ADHD service team for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records within digital health systems.
