Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered medical license in Tennessee.
• DEA must be procured if prescribing in multiple states.
• Minimum of 1 year experience prescribing Buprenorphine is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and monitor patients' clinical progress.
• Authorize prescriptions during monthly patient visits.
• Complete all reporting in Groups EMR system in a timely manner.
