The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a leading baby registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families, to hire a contract Ad Operations Specialist. This 100% remote role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing email and social campaigns in collaboration with CRM and Brand teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or revenue operations within high-growth media, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and hands-on experience with OMS systems like Boostr

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or revenue operations in a high-growth media company.
• Deep ad industry experience with data-driven processes and benchmarks.
• Experience with non-programmatic media products (newsletters, events, social).
• Strong analytical skills and large dataset manipulation in Excel.
• Experience with OMS systems (Boostr, Netsuite).
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead email campaign management with CRM coordination and biweekly pacing.
• Oversee email remnant inventory and placements coordination.
• Maintain influencer sponsorship trackers with cross-functional teams.
• Manage influencer and social campaigns to boost impressions on YouTube, TikTok, Meta.
• Admin social ads dashboards across Instagram, TikTok, Meta.
• Support offsite pilot testing and platform experiments.
• Prepare monthly delivery notes with AMs and Onsite specialist inputs.
• Package offsite into sellable formats with Media Strategy.
