Job summary

Peak Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Creative Specialist to design high-impact static and motion ad creatives for lead generation and growth, collaborating with Strategy, Operations, Sales and Tech teams.

You will deliver compliant, performance-driven creatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, and other channels, and iterate on assets using stock footage, AI-generated assets, and on-brand copywriting.

Qualifications

Experience creating digital ad creatives for paid media.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
Experience with FB/IG and TikTok ads.
Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design and produce high-converting static and short-form video ad creatives for paid platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, and other display channels
Develop layouts, graphics, and motion elements optimized for platform-specific best practices
Source and edit stock footage, B-roll, AI-generated assets, and other visual elements as needed
Assist with basic copywriting for video captions, headlines, and on-screen text
Create multiple creative variations to support A/B testing as needed
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices while conducting campaign research to inform creative strategy and messaging
Review and analyze performance metrics with analysts to iterate and optimize creatives for better results
Adhere to compliance guidelines in legal marketing, ensuring all creative materials maintain professionalism and state or litigation specific requirements
Manage project and task timelines, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
