Zillow Group is seeking a Campaign Manager to join the Elevate Advertising Operations team. This remote role supports IO processing, campaign setup, QA, trafficking, and delivery monitoring for partners across the U.S.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely and flawless campaigns while upholding processes and best practices. Strong attention to detail and adaptability to new ad products are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising.
• Experience working with Salesforce and Google Ad Manager preferred.
• Impeccable attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in analyzing campaign data to assess pacing and diagnose issues.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new ad products, processes, and technologies.
• Ability to meet and coordinate multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all aspects of campaign fulfillment: IO processing, campaign setup, creative QA and trafficking, and monitoring delivery for partners.
• Ensure the accuracy and fulfillment of all delegated campaigns.
• Collaborate with, and communicate between, multiple teams to ensure timely and flawless execution of campaigns.
• Uphold operational processes by ensuring protocol is followed by all teams in the life cycle.
• Assist internal teams in developing best practices for execution of ad campaigns.
• Troubleshoot any issues with campaign delivery, or technical or creative issues.
• Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operational workflow.
