Job summary

Accordant Company is seeking an Acumatica Implementation Lead to guide clients through ERP deployments from a fully remote location. You will oversee implementation, training, and continued support to ensure alignment with financial workflows and client satisfaction.

The role requires multiple project management, strong collaboration with clients, and a focus on growth of our Acumatica practice. Remote work with US/Canada eligibility is included.

Qualifications

• 10+ Acumatica implementations completed.
• 2+ years of experience as a consultant implementing Acumatica.
• Proficiency with core financial modules within Acumatica.
• Acumatica Implementation Specialist certification.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acumatica system implementations ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients to align the system with financial workflows.
• Drive growth of the Acumatica practice and project success.
• Mentor the implementation support consultant and manage multiple projects.
• Maintain billable utilization of 25–30 hours.
