Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an Actuary, Pricing to develop pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products, establish pricing assumptions, prepare bids, support regulatory rate filings and certifications, and help implement rates, new plans, and benefit changes.

You will report to the Director, Actuarial Pricing, monitor market competitiveness, analyze results, and provide actionable pricing insights while collaborating with product development and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field.
• FSA/ASA designation plus advanced degree or relevant experience.
• MAAA certification and strong communication skills.
• Experience articulating ideas in writing and speaking.
• Experience across modeling, pricing, rate filing, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
