CNO Financial Group is hiring an Actuarial Intern to support our Life, Health and Annuity teams. You will work alongside experienced actuaries, help simplify valuation calculations, and gain exposure to actuarial software and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related field.
• Rising junior or rising senior with graduation dates Dec 2027–Jun 2029.
• At least one Actuarial exam passed toward SOA.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Preference for candidates in Central or Eastern US time zones or willing to work these hours.

Responsibilities

• Simplifying and standardizing valuation calculations.
• Work with actuarial software packages.
• Providing clear documentation and communication of technical work.
• Improve actuarial projections for pricing and valuation.
