Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• ACAS designation progress or pursuit preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or internships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing tool development, testing, and documentation.
• Analyze portfolio metrics: composition, premium, retention, losses, profitability.
• Summarize rate, retention, and performance metrics for partners and management.
• Assist with rating manuals, rate filings, and actuarial docs.
• Apply actuarial tools and modeling software to pricing and risk analyses.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims to discuss profitability and strategy.
• Support pricing and portfolio management analyses and recommendations.
• Research industry trends and their impact on pricing processes.
• Build knowledge of products, operations, and methodologies.
• Manage projects with documentation and deadlines.
