You will develop and analyze complex financial and statistical reports related to quality, cost and effectiveness of healthcare services, prepare budgets and forecasts, and assist in pricing and risk assessment to estimate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years actuarial experience.
• Passed one actuarial exam – REQUIRED.
• Excel and VBA experience preferred; SQL, SAS, Python or R are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze financial and statistical reports related to healthcare quality and costs.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and analyze financial results.
• Assist in pricing and risk assessment to estimate outcomes.
• Apply mathematics and statistics to calculate financial results.
• Support analysis for premium rates, reserves and liabilities.
• Participate in merger and acquisition analysis.
