Job summary

iQuasar, LLC is seeking an Acquisition and Requirements Specialist to support a major IT program with CBP. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document operational and functional requirements for system modernization.

The ideal candidate will lead workshops, translate needs into actionable artifacts, and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle. Active CBP Public Trust and federal acquisition familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained CBP Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in requirements development or systems engineering.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and documentation.
• Experience with government programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders to identify and document requirements.
• Analyze processes and user needs to develop clear, testable requirements.
• Develop and maintain requirements artifacts and traceability matrices.
• Support the Consolidated Operational Requirements Document (CORD) and related documentation.
• Align requirements with mission objectives and modernization goals.
• Collaborate with program teams to verify and implement requirements.
