Job summary

Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Acquisition Management Support III to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center located in Crane, IN. This role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with location listed as remote and contingent upon award of contract.

You will lead procurement analysis, prepare TDPs, and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance. Ideal candidates have a technical bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in acquisition management, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited university with 7-10 years of professional experience in acquisition management support.
• Secret clearance required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS; familiarity with IT for NAVSEA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop tracks and analyze procurement data and packages to improve quality, schedule, and efficiencies.
• Collect procurement requirements from the government Requiring Technical Authority to inform acquisition plans and resource needs.
• Prepare the technical data package (TDP) for each procurement requirement.
• Maintain electronic/hardcopy data libraries and files for processing.
