Job summary

Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager III to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center at Crane, IN. This role is remote and contingent upon award of contract. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

The incumbent will develop procurement tracks, analyze data, prepare technical data packages, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/NMCARS while coordinating with Navy contracting staff. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited university is required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Ability to lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tracks and provide analysis of procurement data to improve quality, schedule and efficiencies.
• Collect procurement requirements for acquisition plans and resource tracking.
• Prepare the technical data package (TDP) for each requirement.
• Maintain data libraries and documents for processing.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS/NMCARS and NSWC Crane guidelines.
• Provide recommendations on policies and procedures for FAR and non-FAR requirements.
• Liaise with sponsors, program managers, and Navy contracting.

Education

Bachelor''s degree in a technical field

7-10 years of professional experience in acquisition management support
