Job summary

Outsourced Pro Global Limited is seeking an Accounting Support professional to assist with daily accounting operations. You will perform ledger reconciliations, data entry for AP/AR, and support the finance team with routine tasks.

Working remotely from the Philippines, you’ll join a team that uses Microsoft Teams for daily communication and requires a reliable 8-hour shift aligned with Australian business hours. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of ledger reconciliation and data entry processes.
• Familiarity with GST reporting and Xero software.

Responsibilities

• Perform ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Handle data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including GST.
• Verify, record, and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain financial records for auditing and reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
